Program
Day 1
Arrival to a sparkling drink and local snack which is ready for you in the «ostebu» of your alp suite. Enjoy the summer warmth in the mountain library with fantastic view or in front of the old timber walls on the terrace. Try one of our norwegian craftbeers before we ask you in for dinner at 7pm – a nice three dishes menu based on local produce.
Day 2
After a rich breakfast you can explore our marked trails through old alp landscape and nature reserves. Want to try a refreshing dip in the river? Heidal cheese factory and bakery is just a 30 minutes drive from us and so is the cultural center of Vågå with Galleri Ullinsvin and a lot of nice small cafes.
At the hotel: Relax in the suite, feel the warmth from the sheepskins on the armchair, book a private hour in the mountain spa or sit down by the fireplace in the lounge.
7 pm Three dishes dinner in the historic dining room from 1898
After dinner you can take a little evening walk to the waterfall Stuttgongfossen, just 200 meters away.
Day 3
Departure after breakfast. Have a short look in our bakery with the romantic heartstone before you leave!
