From 15.1.2022 we look for chef/ kitchen chef for our three dishes menus for up to 40 guests, served at 7 pm. No a-la-carte. No lunch. Work with ecological local meat from farmers and the nature. Time of work 1 pm to 9 pm. Holiday weeks depending on season and interest. Well-structered and experienced hosts/ owners. Possibility to use traditional bakery house, store house and smoking oven.
