We use quality and often local products, of which preparation is an important process for our chefs. We are inspired by international cuisine as well as traditional methods of food preparation, such as canning of fish and meat. We have been tested anonymously by Innovation Norway, and were able to join the list of the best restaurants in Norway offering regional products - Norwegian Foodprints.
