Despite the pandemy we experienced high interest and rising bookings during the last years, our restaurant is one of the most famous in the area. We want to continue to develope us and our kitchen, turning tradition into innovation, are you in?

From 15.1.2022 we look for chef/ kitchen chef for our three dishes menus for up to 40 guests, served at 7 pm. No a-la-carte. No lunch. Work with ecological local meat from farmers and the nature.  Time of work 1 pm to 9 pm. Holiday weeks depending on season and interest. Well-structered and experienced hosts/ owners. Possibility to use traditional bakery house, store house and smoking oven.
